his weight training program has been
specifically designed to work in tandem with Tetrazene
supplementation. This regimen will help you maintain lean mass, for
a leaner
more toned physique. The weekly program listed below is divided into an upper and lower body workout performed
on alternate days. For example, Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday. Emphasize larger muscle group exercise such as
squats,
leg presses, bench press, and deadlifts because these lifts hit the most muscle groups and stimulate metabolism and
anabolic hormonal responses more than small muscle group exercise. You can vary the number of sets, number of repetitions,
and rest periods between sets at your own convenience in order to provide continuing stimulation. However, a good place to
start is with 3 sets of each exercise with 90 to 120 sec rest between sets. Choose a load that allows you to do 8 to 10
repetitions with good form before fatiguing. Increase the weight if you can do more than 10 repetitions. If weight loss
is a major goal then incorporate 20-30 minutes of aerobic exercise (e.g., biking, running, rowing, etc.) 3 times per week.
Resist the temptation do more aerobic exercise because too much can lead to overtraining and lead to significant decreases
in your lean body mass. Before starting this or any other diet or exercise program, consult with your physician or a qualified health
care professional. Read entire safety information section at the end of this page.
